For this sophisticated estate we designed the layout and all the interior construction work. We also determined the colours and furnishing. We even managed to organize the spaces in such a way that an extra room was created on the second floor. There was a fairly large hall there and we redesigned it in such a way that an extra room was created. The customer was very happy with that. That is now a guest room. We collaborated with architect René de Vries on this project. This sophisticated estate is a newly built mansion, but it feels like it was already there for years. The atmosphere in the house is warm and welcoming.
