We are very proud to announce that the design of Roelfien Vos Interior Design & Architecture was chosen as the winning concept for De Meelfabriek in Leiden!
The design was chosen for the total concept, the creative approach, the layout and all the extraordinary details.
De Meelfabriek is an industrial area of 13 buildings that will undergo a complete transformation starting this year. It will be a combination of high end residential industrial lofts and large penthouses, together with exclusive shops and galleries on the ground floor.
There will be offices located for young professionals and creative businesses, an exclusive hotel and special designed gardens and urban landscaping. A spa and wellness will ensure that the visitor can have a complete relaxing and luxury experience.
